Fee Schedule

We accept cash, checks, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards for required payment at the time of service. We also honor "Care Credit," a credit card payment plan for pet owners. Ask our staff for more details.

When You Arrive

During your visit, we require all pets be restrained with a leash or in a
pet carrier. If needed, we will be happy to provide either for your use.

For Appointments and
Prescription Refills

Please call our office for appointments and refills including heartworm prevention. Or you may use your convenient Pet Portal. This will allow us to have your approved prescription ready for pick-up.

Reminder System

Our computerized office enables us to mail monthly reminders for needed examinations, vaccinations, and tests, as well as information about new types of care and services that may benefit your pet or you may access your pet's information through your Pet Portal.

Pet Portals

Your Pet Portal allows you to view your pet's information including vaccine history, requests for appointments and prescription refills, and receive important medical alerts and clinic news. You may print vaccine history or instructions for your pet sitter or kennel staff. Your portal gives you access to reliable information on a wide range of pet topics. You can even post your pet's photos. All on a secure web site. Simply give us your email address and this free service will be yours.
